Hello! I have 37+ years exp. in professional Childcare. I was a Nanny for several families w/ ages ranging from 0-18 yrs. I was a teacher at a private academy for classes of 25-2 & 3 yr. olds, kindergarten & kids w/ special needs. Kids gravitate towards me, as I speak their language & understand their social, behavioral & emotional needs. I'm college educated, creative, imaginative, funny & happy. I know how to PLAY, make-up games on the fly & am a big fun kid inside. I'm very organized, detail oriented & can manage a busy household. I motivate patiently when it's time to redirect & buckle down w/schoolwork, chores & bedtime. I use positive reinforcement & have excellent conflict resolution skills.
