About Jillian

Hi! I'm Jill and I have more than 10 years of experience caring for and working with children of all ages. I was a camp counselor at a sleepaway camp for 7 years, creating safe, fun and interactive environments for children ages 8 to 15 and teaching them a range of activities. I am high-energy, imaginative, silly and love to create structure and build routines. I am a firm believer of letting kids be kids and encouraging them to build independence and confidence, while always ensuring their safety and well-being through reliable and responsive caretaking.
