About Jillian

Hi! My name is Jillian, and I am a sophomore at Minnesota State University in Mankato. I am majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders, hoping to one day become an audiologist. I am kind, hardworking, and dependable. I grew up as the oldest cousin, so I have spent much of my life caring for children. My freshman year I began working as a teacher's aide in at a daycare and have been working there for over a year now. Throughout this time period I have experienced working with ages 2 months-5 years. I also spent a semester working for a reading program, in which I was able to work 1:1 with a 2nd grader on reading and writing skills. Additionally, this past summer I spent time working with 2nd and 3rd graders at a school age childcare program in my hometown. In my free time I like to hang out with family and friends, spend time outside, read, and watch my favorite shows.
