Jess has been taking care of my son since he was 3 months old, and not only do I have complete and total confidence that he is safe, I also know that he is a happier, more adventurous, well-rounded kid because of her. Routine communication was made through the daily spreadsheet that logged feeds, toileting and miscellaneous information. This was great because I'm a busy working mom and feel like I was keeping up with how my kid was doing throughout the day. She is also an amazing photographer and would post pictures in a share drive which always make my heart melt. She was also very proactive about asking what our needs were in terms of feeding/educational priorities/etc. My son eats (and can prepare) a huge variety of food, and I credit Jess for a lot of that. Having an active kid is important to me and Jess makes sure that happens. Physical activity was a priority. Jess gave my son as much attention and care as she does her own kids. My son and her daughter are beyond besties!
