I began volunteering with special needs children and adults while I was in college in 2009. Upon graduation, I obtained my teaching certification and have been teaching children with speech and learning disabilities for 8 years. I am also a volunteer for non profits and the Special Olympics. Presently, I am a behavior therapist for ASD adolescents and emotionally disturbed adolescents. I'm getting my masters in applied behavior analysis with the expected graduation date of July 2018. I am interested in obtaining a part time evening job -as I am full time employed. I absolutely love what I do and the children and adults that I serve. I have the professional and academic background needed plus a patient, caring and humorous personality to ensure the social and academic success of special needs individuals.
