I have worked for an organization as a skills trainer for adults with developmentally disabilities. I enjoy my job so much that I am excited to go to work. I am looking for another job that is closer where I live. I enjoy working with special needs individuals and it's very rewarding to help other people. I love working with children, teens and adults. They are so full of life and so much fun to work with. As a skills trainer, I perform many duties that include activities that reduce behavioral issues, teach independent living skills, encouraging and training in household chores, grocery shopping, medication management, cooking, and social recreational activities.
