About Jessica

Hi! My name is Jess and I just finished my degree in traditional Chinese medicine. I am currently studying for my exams and looking for a job helping out seniors in my area. I would be happy to help around the house, do some food shopping, help with pets, transportation to appointments, and cooking meals. I'm here to make each day a little easier and more comfortable. I'm CPR-certified, detail-oriented, and happy to tailor care to individual needs. My background is in holistic health and I have also worked with dogs/cats for many years prior to that. While I don't have formal paid experience in senior care, I've spent many years supporting my own grandparents, both of whom had dementia.
