Jess is kind and compassionate... when you are behind in your housework sometimes my big fear is judgement... and she was exactly who we needed. She is insightful and motivating without being "pushy" and helped us get our home back on track. Plus she is a super hard worker and can get things in order quickly and beautifully (clean).
