Jess was our full-time nanny in a nanny share for a year for two little girls starting at 10 months old. She was an incredible caregiver for our daughter; attentive, playful, thoughtful, nurturing, and loving! Jess would create little arts and crafts projects with both girls and she would adhere to their routines as well as mix up playtime to prevent boredom. My daughter looked forward to seeing Jess everyday and would get so excited and happy when she arrived! Jess taught them so much and helped prepare both kids for their transition to daycare. Jess was extremely helpful for us around the house in addition to all chores baby-related. She was flexible, communicative, vigilant about their safety, and always asked questions if she was unsure of something regarding our daughter. Jess felt like part of our family and I cried on her last day. Any family would so fortunate to have her as their nanny!
