I have my Masters of Science in Students with Disabilities. I have had over 10 years of experience with children and teens with special needs. For the past 10 years I have been an Activities Specialist at a local special education program on Long Island. In this program, provide children and teens with special needs and disabilities with quality social and recreational experiences. I also assist the children in acquiring basic skills that will aid them throughout the school year Last year I was a first grade special education teacher and this year I teach resource room in my school specializing in reading and math. I look forward to being given an opportunity to help your child academically and/or socially.
