I'd describe my personality as compassionate, supportive, empathetic, and honest I like caring for seniors because it allows me to help them maintain their dignity and quality of life brings me a sense of purpose I genuinely enjoy caring for older adults because I believe they deserve compassion, dignity, and quality care. I began my first job caring for seniors working as a support professional at a group home for seniors. I take pride in making their lives, a little easier, safer, and more enjoyable each day. I enjoy reading books, practicing self-care, and when available I enjoy volunteering at nonprofit organizations. I'm dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the seniors I care for feel safe, respected, and valued. My skills include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring medications are taken on time and in the right dosage, coordinating with healthcare providers, safety, and supervision when required.
