Caring for and helping people is something I've always enjoyed, because I know I am making a difference in someone's life. I have a diverse work background that has given me a wealth of knowledge that I can utilize in the real world. This knowledge was built upon my B. A. in Psychology. I have hands-on experience assisting individuals with mental and/or physical disabilities. Anything I don't know how to do, I strive to master it. Things that I see need to be taken care of, I just take care of. I am an ambitious, funny, responsible, empathetic person; I have experience communicating well with the youth and with disabled individuals. My approach to taking care of children is through the use of positive reinforcement. I can be strict when a situation calls for it, however, I prefer to diffuse situations with a talk and a smile.
