About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as loving, charismatic, energetic I like working with kids because it gives me the opportunity to provide relief to the everyday working parent. I am able to support families through providing responsible care while fostering a nurturing environment. Kids are filled with innocence and joy, so I like being able to build up those qualities. I'm looking for a job with a consistent schedule, that has some flexibility; parents who are excellent communicators and timely; preferably morning care. I started working with kids as a young adult through babysitting, mentoring, and coaching. I currently work with kids of high school age through sports. In my spare time, I like to rest, read, and write. One thing you should know about me is that I love helping people and making sure that communities that I am a part of are run well and with care. My skills include decision-making and listening, effective communication, patience and adaptability.
