lam a CPR/BLS certitied nursing student at UNLV with a CNA certification. As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with three years in the field, I have a passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My journey into caregiving was fueled by my positive babysitting experiences and the desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I believe that every child is unique, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can thrive. I have worked with children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and I have the skills and experience to meet their diverse needs. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I am always looking for new and engaging ways to help children learn and grow. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I keep them regularly updated about their child's day. I am also comfortable enforcing household rules and routines, and I work closely with parents to ensure that their child's needs are met.
