I'm a certified Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula and Placenta Specialist (I offer placenta encapsulation, placenta prints and placenta tinctures). I also offer overnight postpartum doula services so you can get a full nights sleep, baby is taken care of and you wake up to a clean house. I specialize in infant/newborn care and love to implement pediatric physical therapy to help reach developmentally appropriate milestones. I am certified in Adult/Infant/Child CPR, Neonatal Resuscitation and First Aid. I would love to help your family! I can also help with Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Pet Care, and Grocery Shopping. In addition, I offer cleaning services. I believe my experience as a postpartum doula would make me a perfect fit!

We hired Jerika as an on-call babysitter for the birth of our third son. We also hired her as a postpartum Douala. She excelled in both positions! As a babysitter, she really connected with our two older boys and they loved her. She was immensely helpful watching them during our prenatal photography session and on a date night. Ironically our baby showed up in the three day window she wasn't available but she did great watching our boys the other times :) She also excelled as a postpartum Douala where she did everything from light house work, to caring for our baby, to helping us reorganize rooms, to transplanting seedlings. She is punctual, detailed, and attentive. We absolutely loved working with her and would recommend her.
