Hi my name is Jennifer and I would love to help you care for your child. I have 15 years experience in a childcare setting and 9 years as a nanny, as well as a mother of 3. I have a BA degree in Pyschology as well as a NJ teaching certificate. In my many years of working with children in a childcare facility I have been trained in all aspects of early childhood development and have implemented activities to foster developmental growth. As a mother of 3 I have loads of insights to help you get through some of the tougher patches of parenting. Jen, has watched all three of my children for their first three years of life, in her home. To find someone that treats your kids like their own, where you never have conflict, where all you want to do is keep having babies so you dont ever have to say goodbye to Jen as part of your daily life. I have recommended two other families to Jen. My youngest is now heading to school and I would recommend Jen to anyone looking for care outside their own home. Casey
