I am a very caring and compassionate person who has worked off and on for many years with both special needs children & adults. I have been employed as direct care staff as well as a house manager for a local group home and have always enjoyed working with those who have special needs I am very caring and patient with people and as a mother of a special needs child myself, I have the understanding of what a family is looking for when selecting the right person to care for their loved one. I have also recently worked as a caregiver for a gentleman who was recovering from a severe stroke. I am a few classes away from finishing my Master's degree in Psychology and working a part time or full time position in which hours can be flexible will be very beneficial to me and my family at this time. I am the type of person who would treat and care for your loved one as I would want someone treating mine.
