These skills can be used for stress management, centering, letting go of trauma and finding your purpose. My yoga therapy is for releasing layers of stress, stuck material and cellular information stored in the body in order to live and be in a healthier body space. I am a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist that integrates mindfulness, meditation, somatic guidance and movement to assist you at living your best life. I provide reiki healing for emotional healing and stress management. It allows the flow of life to be more integrated and aligned. I assist people at living more within their whole bodies (mind-body alignment. I use stones and meditation to guide you with your reiki to a more heart-centered way of living. I tutor kids who are having issues with reading and writing to be able to catch up.
