About Jennifer

I go by my middle name "Joy." I'd describe my personality as diligent, tenacious, and observant. I like caring for seniors because I've enjoyed it and consider it an honor to help people preserve their rights. I'm looking for a job with some hands-on care but no bathing. I can do light housework, meals, laundry, dishes, med management, and recreation/enrichment. I'm also a strong administrative specialist. I started when I needed to care for my mother and other elders I know. In my spare time, I sing in choirs, work in the Arts, organize programs, care for my cat, and enjoy time with friends. One thing to know about me: I look for ways to help. My skills include staying cool in a crisis, thinking clearly, being resourceful, and helping folks have fun and stay safe. Weekends aren't always available, but sometimes they are-just ask.
