As a nurturing caregiver with 2. 5 years as a TK teaching assistant for OUSD, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and positively impacting their lives. My patient, creative, and approachable nature enables me to connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment. I prioritize clear and consistent communication with parents, using their preferred method, to address any concerns or share daily updates. I am comfortable enforcing household rules following the parents' guidance, ensuring a structured environment for the children. My love for children shines through during playtime, where I engage them in a variety of activities such as outdoor sports, food activities, and crafts. I hold 2 college degrees in Psychology and have completed some coursework in early child development. I am certified in First Aid Training and CPR Training. Additionally, I am proficient in both English and Spanish.
