Jenna was hired to transport my daughter to and from dance twice a week on the same days. Jenna missed picking her up several times. Just completely forgot her. This caused my daughter a lot of anxiety. Jenna is great with interacting with her. She babysat my infant one time and seemed to do well with her. Jenna did miss our first scheduled interview as well. She's a sweet girl, just was not consistent for what we hired her for.
