I'm a passionate, experienced childcare provider with two decades of experience caring for children of all ages. My mission is to nurture children's growth and make a positive impact on their lives while supporting families. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred methods to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. I effectively enforce household rules by setting loving limits, creating structure, and understanding that behavior often communicates underlying needs. I hold space for children's big feelings and help them navigate their emotions in a healthy way that offers skill-building along the way. I love playing games with children, especially outdoor activities and educational games. My homeschooling background allows me to integrate learning into play seamlessly. In our home, we limit screen time during weekdays, and I'm open to collaborating with parents on technology-related matters.
