Jeanette was the caregiver to both of my parents (same parents mentioned in the review left by Laura R) for 7 years and without her, all of our lives would have been much worse off. Her nursing skills were often in use with both parents and there was no medical challenge that Jeanette could not helps with. She was truly our eyes and ears in taking care of our parents and she was often the first person there, regardless of time of day/night. Her skills gave us piece of mind and also helped to evaluate when/if additional medical attention was needed. Her personal connection with my parents was as strong as a family member and we trusted her 100% to help with their care and with their house, which they lived in until the end of their lives. More importantly, my parents also accepted her as not just a caregiver, but someone they could trust in their most vulnerable moments. We were fortunate to have her as my parents primary care giver and anyone looking for assistance would be wise to reach out to her.
