We hired Jaz to care for our 4-month-old full-time as my wife's maternity leave ended. From the interview, Jaz's warmth, kindness and patience shone through - she was an automatic fit for our family. Jaz worked to help us build a routine and schedule. She is proactive and did a lot of research to help find the best style of care for our daughter, including heavy meal research as our daughter has specific allergy and nutritional needs. Our daughter is now 14 months and unfortunately our child-care needs changed. Though we don't work with Jaz full-time anymore, she is still part of our family! I would recommend her for full-time care roles or babysitting.
