Jaylene was terrific with my 10yo. They can be quite shy and nervous around new people, but the comfort was immediate, they had a wonder evening diving into their arts projects. From a parent's perspective, Jaylene was so easy, straightforward and responsive to communicate with. I needed a last minute evening of help, and it was so very smooth, calm and reassuring.
