About Janaye

Janaye is a fantastic human to be around: she is humble, caring, and compassionate. Janaye has cared for our daughter for nearly 2 years, and her attentive and engaging approach to childcare and development amplifies our child’s language development, and expands her sense of adventure and security. She is also pro-active: - Coordinates visits to local age-appropriate events, and informs us of events we can attend when she isn’t around - Researches and registers for local story-times and craft activities - Advises us on child developments - Recommends age-appropriate exercises - Informs us of things to consider for our child’s safety. We also hear great feedback from our neighbors that frequently interact with Janaye (library staff, other nannies and parents), who rave about her kindness, and how her presence is even calming to the other children attending events. Janaye is an expert caregiver, and approaches her work with her heart. I cannot recommend her enough.
