Hi there! My name is Jana, and I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Social Work. I also hold an associate degree in general education and have several years of hands-on experience in caregiving roles. I've worked in a licensed daycare center, provided full-time care as a nanny, currently serve as a Direct Care Professional supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These roles have helped me develop strong skills in behavior support, daily living assistance, and creating a calm, safe environment for all ages and abilities. I'm passionate about helping others feel respected, empowered, and cared for. I'm comfortable with routines, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. I'm CPR/first aid aware, a non-smoker, and great with pets.
