About Jan

Jan is an editor, writer, and tutor, working primarily with high school students on English, reading, and writing. She also has taught English and interpersonal communications at the college level. She's even taught preschool-she loves to work one-on-one with students who love to learn. She's written two books, including a historical field guide to Michigan, and currently is editing short stories and a nonfiction book for publication.
