About James
I am a former special professor (Ph. D. level) specialized in emotional impairments and learning disabilities. Over 15+ years, I have taught special education teachers hoew to appropriately manage challenging behavior and how to remediate learning difficulties. I have also taught middle school students receiving special education services in Cincinnati, Ohio. My experience includes serving as the school director at a child & adolescent psychiatric hospital, as well as, a private therapist for students discharge from the hospital. I have attended training in phonemic awareness and written language through Lindamood-Bell Processes.
