About Jamal

I grow up in huge family as a single kid to my parents. I had to be babysitter by nature to help my cousins and their daily duties while their kids growing up. I grew up in YMCA also and it's nature. It's very collaborative atmosphere where I grew up where I had naturally taught from the older generations, how to be a leader first of all, and how to share the leadership through teaching kids in scammer camps and through games, through discussions through art, and through athletes activities. I also enjoyed that, since I was a visual learner, where it mixes up between the old fashion knowledge and the modern knowledge in the act of teaching. I have seen kids growing up as an adult in front of my eyes, and I always loved how they formed through the years.
