We hired Hader for several months, while I (home school mom) had to take a class. She had fun with my toddler and guided my son through his independent schoolwork. Most importantly she was amazing with my son, who struggles with anxiety, ADHD, and ODD. She was beyond patient with him, and helped him with some new coping strategies to calm down. She was a blessing to our family during a tumultuous time, and I would hire her again in an instant if I needed help.
