I have spent the past seven years working in a school setting for Special Needs students with an additional 15 years of experience working with students and children in both home and school settings. During this time I have had the opportunity to see the grand potential and unrelenting enthusiasm for all students from different backgrounds and learning paces. Working in a home setting would allow me to build a new perspective and respect for students and their home life. I quickly build positive rapport with both children and coworkers. I am very reliable self-starter and can complete multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. I believe that I have all of the intelligence, energy, and dedication it takes to work successfully in a challenging environment. I have reliable transportation and put full effort into working with students to their full potential.
