About Jade

I'm a psychology graduate student with over four years of experience working with children's and young persons aged from 6 months to 18 years. My experience includes roles as a teaching assistant, behavior analyst, nanny, and youth worker, providing me with a deepened understanding of child development and care. I have worked with children with various needs and diagnoses, such as ASD and ADHD, and am comfortable administering medication. I'm also a pet lover! I truly enjoy building rapport and trust with children, understanding their unique perspectives, and creating meaningful experiences. I have a strong competence in hygiene practices, risk assessment, and love incorporating creative activities into my care.
