I hired Jacquie to take care of our Airbnb. First cleaning went fine. However when I checked the place after the second (or third) cleaning i found that there was little to no cleaning done. I messaged Jacquie with my comments and photos of the areas that needed her attention however Jacquie didn't even bother to reply back to me.
