I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and determined I like working with kids because it's one of the most challenging but rewarding career. I'm looking for a job that lets me have a work/life balance. Having an open communication with familes is one of the main things I look for. I started working with kids when I was 17, but would only do it for family members on the weekends. My first full time job working with kids I believe I was 21. I worked for about 6months because I had to leave to a different state with my husband and dad. Those months were the best I had, I grew and learned so much about kids. It was the best job I ever had. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and husband. Also, I love baking and I bake as my side hustle. One thing you should know about me is I can work independly but I love communicating details and important things about your child so you can feel confident that your kids are safe with me.
