About Naomi

My name is Naomi and I have my BA and MA, and have a full time job, but I am looking for additional work. I have tutored and babysat kids for 5-6 years. As a tutor, I am very patient and love to help children better understand material, as well as assist with homework or learning other things they are interested in. As a babysitter, I am energetic, attentive, and willing to be active and play games. I also have a lot of experience working with people from different backgrounds, which has allowed me to greatly develop my cultural competency. I can fluently speak Japanese and English and have experience learning and utilizing Spanish, American Sign Language, and Arabic. I am able to assist in English (and ESL), History, and other social sciences for various grade levels and college. My timeliness, ability to take on multiple responsibilities, organization skills, and flexibility would allow me to be an excellent babysitter and tutor.
