I not only have considerable experience with children and adults with special needs, but I am also a fast learner, good listener, and always attentively conscientious about safety. I also grew up with a younger brother with special needs (ASD, etc.), so I have had a life-time of experience being a caretaker. I also am currently in an uncommon position to be available for any chosen schedule/hours, as I can schedule my other (part-time) job around any given work hours. I also have my own car to ensure my mode of transportation.
