About Indira

I'm looking for a job that allows me to apply my skills with working with children, and will allow me to learn more about how to best support children in diverse settings. I started working with kids at a very young age! I started with supporting my grandmother's home daycare when I was in middle school, taking care of babies, toddlers and preschoolers. I did this for several years, and became a camp counselor, working for about four years. I moved on to working at a non profit for several years, working with middle schoolers and highschoolers. In addition to this, I've babysat throughout my life for families, and I am the oldest out of five children! With working with many different kinds of kids of all different backgrounds, I can work to find activities for all kinds of kids. I also am experienced with an educational background, so if a child needs homework support, I can be there to help! Some skills include activity facilitation, meal preparation, and conversational skills.
