Hello, I'd like to describe myself as fun, lively, and smart with loads of good energy. My first experience with caregiving was very personal. I became my father's caregiver because I wanted him to have the kind of care and attention he was not getting from his caregivers. Being there for him during that time was both challenging and deeply meaningful. Since then, I've cared for seniors on and off for 8 years. What I truly love about caregiving is being able to share meaningful moments with people at such a critical phase of their life. In my downtime, you'll find me reading, dancing, watching movies, or enjoying a great playlist. Right now, I work part-time with one of the most delightful 84-year-olds with dementia recovering from a hip surgery. I assist with bathing, light housekeeping, meals, medication, and of course good company.
