During the time my son was with Hope, the space in her home was always clean, we were updated during the day on naps, diapers, etc through an app, and Hope was always reliable, clear and open with communication. She set up age appropriate toys as well as art and enrichment activities for the kids in her care. Overall we had a great experience with Hope.
