I interviewed Hilary and it went very well. I liked her a lot. We went over everything and I told her my pay etc. We used Hilary once for a couple hours date night and it went fine. Then after the fact she asked again how much I pay and said she usually makes almost twice that much but it would be fine. We scheduled a second date night but when the time came for her to babysit again she never showed up. I called and texted multiple times but didn't hear back from her until several hours past our scheduled time.
