About Hillary

Hi there! I'm Hillary, a passionate and patient tutor with 9 years of experience helping students succeed academically and build confidence in their abilities. I have a degree in Secondary English Education and have a certification in Special Education still. I also can teach basic Math/Science/History skills and content. I've always worked with middle schoolers/ high schoolers, but am open to working with younger students. Whether your child needs help catching up, staying on track, or getting ahead, I am happy to assist with their needs. I'm known for making learning fun, I am good at building rapport, and strive to hold students accountable. I believe in positive reinforcement and data based intervention.
