Within a year of experience and a background in early childhood education, I understand the importance of nurturing a child's development and creating a safe and stimulating environment. I build strong relationships with the children in my care by being friendly and approachable. I'm also skilled at communicating with parents to ensure their peace of mind. Whether it's through written daily reports, regular text updates, or phone calls, I prioritize keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise.
