We were so happy to have Hensley watch our 3-year old for a work week during Spring Break. Hensley came over for a meet and greet prior to the job, and we had a great discussion of her role, caregiving style, our house rules, parenting etc. During the week, Hensley was always on time, always calm and respectful, communicative, and was up for anything our kiddo wanted to do. After, she gave us great feedback on how each day and week went. She was a great sitter, and we'd hire her again anytime.
