About Heidi

I have 2 children of my own, I have a son that is going to be 9 and then my daughter will be 7. They are my world. I currently work full time, which is very difficult and my kids are growing up so fast, I miss being able to help with families that do both, work and have small children. I love children so much, and I feel like I can be a role model and a kid at heart. I've helped at my church with Vacation Bible School, and also was employed by the school, working with the Kennel Klub which is an after- school program provided to grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. It was nice to be with the younger ones often, because they need more help with stuff, such as homework and just games. The older ones were becoming more independent so they knew to get homework done before their parents came to pick them up. Being there for them you establish a person of authority but also another adult to help.
