Heather is the best care giver I have ever worked with. She took over care for my son from 1 year - 2 1/2 years. She always came up with new creative ideas to expose him/teach him about the world while providing consistency and tons of love. She also eventually took on a role as our house manager, planning meals, doctors appointments, and managing house events (cleaners and landscapers etc). She is extremely reliant, consistent, and a great communicator. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
