About Heather

I am an active and healthy mom of three kids ages 25, 22, and 18. Four years ago my family moved to the Phoenix area from Washington state. I am a WA state certified homeschool instructor. I have also worked as a teacher's assistant at a preschool where I was responsible for the supervision and instruction of children ages 2-6. I have been nannying for a family and their precious little girl from the time she was 2 months old until now, a little over 3 years. She will be starting full time preschool in a few months so I am looking to join a new family. I will be available to start mid-August. I am patient and compassionate and understand that every child is special and unique. I am passionate about children and enjoy seeing the world through their eyes. I love caring for young children and being a part of their growth and development during these important years of their lives!

Heather We found Heather on Care.com and I’m SO THANKFUL we did! She’s been our nanny for our daughter for the past 3.5 years and she’s truly irreplaceable. All our our friends are so jealous that we have the best nanny 🙂 She started with us when our daughter was only 2 months old and now my daughter will be starting school. We’re so sad to not have Heather with our girl every day but I can say with 100% certainty any family that gets to work with her will fall in love and their kids will be obsessed with her. Heather is kind, patient, flexible, incredible with kids/babies and someone we trust completely. She is always reliable and very communicative. If we could keep her with our fam forever, we would! Heather is such a big part of why our daughter is so incredible today and our daughter has loved every moment with her. We will miss Heather so much and I know any family that gets the opportunity to work with her will be so lucky. I cannot say enough good things about her and how she has treated our family. We are forever grateful for her being a part of our lives!
