My name is Heather and I am a Registered Nurse. I graduated from Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing with my LPN and shortly after with my RN from The Belanger School of Nursing (Ellis Medicine). I have experience working for St Peter's Health Partners (internal med, surgical associates, endocrinology, family medicine) and School District and Guilderland Central Schools as a nurse. Most recently, I have been working with developmentally disabled adults as a Residential RN Care Manager. I have taken care of all individuals throughout the lifespan and enjoy bringing smiles to their face. I can help your loved one with medication dispensing/injections, keeping active, and even wound care management. I can also prepare light meals, clean, assist with laundry, and provide companionship! My hours are very flexible!
