About Heather

Hi! I am a fun and energetic person looking for a steady job working with kids! I'd describe my personality as honest, nurturing, and loyal. In my spare time, I like to hike, draw, read, and go to the movies. I always enjoy being outside and trying new things! I like working with kids because it fills my heart to help them learn and grow into young adults. I started working with kids when I was in high school as an intern at an elementary school. I have since worked at a private preschool and as a full time nanny in a private residence. I am currently employed as a full time day treatment specialist at an elementary school. My skills include emotional identification and regulation, patience, and positive communication.
