I quit my job in November of 2008, because I had a daughter born premature. Before quitting my job in November of 2008, I worked in a group home taking care of physically and mentally challenged. I worked there for 8 years. In 2015, I went back to work teaching adults with disabilities. In 2019, I took a leap of faith and went to work at a nursing home. That was my favorite job thus far. I loved talking with the residents and helping in their daily routines. When COVID hit I decided that I needed to stay home with my children. In 2021, I went to work for our local school district and have been in the classroom the last 2 years. The business I started working with last year lost funding and I think that is God's way of telling me that I don't belong there anymore. So I'm going back to where I'm comfortable... taking care of people! Just in their own homes!!!
